运动疗法对于桡骨远端伸直性骨折康复的临床实验研究

【摘要】：对40例桡骨远端伸直性骨折患者进行临床实验研究，比较运动疗法和自然恢复对桡骨远端伸直性骨折患者康复的影响。方法：运动疗法干预组患者接受为期12周的康复训练，自然恢复组在自然状态下恢复，，两组患者分别在第5周、第7周、第9周、第12周做国际公认的Jakim的桡骨远端伸直性骨折（Colles骨折）评价标准，选用疼痛、握力、尺倾、桡倾、屈伸范围等指标进行观测统计两组间的治疗效果。结果：无论运动疗法干预组还是自然恢复组，5周后，运动疗法干预组较自然恢复组在握力、尺倾、桡倾、屈伸范围等指标方面有显著差异（P0.05）。结论：该运动疗法对Colles骨折愈合后期患肢功能恢复有积极的促进作用。
[Abstract]:The effects of exercise therapy and natural recovery on the rehabilitation of 40 patients with distal radius extensional fracture were studied in this paper, and the effects of exercise therapy and natural recovery on rehabilitation of patients with distal radius extensional fracture were compared with those of the patients with distal radius extensional fracture. Methods: the patients in the exercise therapy intervention group received rehabilitation training for 12 weeks. The patients in the natural recovery group recovered in the natural state. The patients in the two groups were in the 5th week, the 7th week and the 9th week, respectively. At the 12th week, the internationally accepted criteria of Jakim for distal radius extension fracture (Colles fracture) were used. Pain, grip strength, ulnar inclination, radial inclination, flexion and extension range were selected to observe and count the therapeutic effects between the two groups. Results: after 5 weeks, there were significant differences in grip strength, ulnar inclination, radial inclination, flexion and extension range between exercise therapy intervention group and natural recovery group (P 0.05), no matter whether exercise therapy intervention group or natural recovery group, exercise therapy intervention group had significant difference in grip strength, ulnar inclination, radial inclination, flexion and extension range. Conclusion: the exercise therapy can promote the recovery of limb function in the late stage of Colles fracture healing.
