腹盆部低剂量CT扫描的临床应用进展

【摘要】：随着公众及专业人员对辐射认识的增加及CT技术的发展使低剂量CT扫描在腹盆部的应用逐渐增多。个体化扫描及新的图像重建方法的应用保证了辐射剂量下降的同时图像质量能够满足临床要求。本文就腹盆部降低剂量的新技术及低剂量CT扫描在腹盆部脏器包括血管、空腔及实质脏器及泌尿系统的应用进行综述。
[Abstract]:With the increase of public and professional awareness of radiation and the development of CT technology, the application of low-dose CT scanning in the abdominal and pelvic region is gradually increasing. Individualized scanning and the application of new image reconstruction methods ensure that the radiation dose decreases and the image quality can meet the clinical requirements. This paper reviews the application of low dose CT scanning in abdominal and pelvic organs, including blood vessels, voids, parenchyma organs and urinary system.
