细胞因子及其信号通路在放射性肝损伤发病中的作用研究进展

【摘要】:放射性肝损伤(radiation-induced liver injury,RILI)是原发性肝癌及其他腹腔肿瘤放射治疗中最主要的并发症之一,它制约了肿瘤区的放疗剂量,严重影响了患者的治疗疗效。研究发现RILI的发生与多种细胞因子相关。细胞因子通过启动多种下游信号通路参与RILI各阶段的发病。
[Abstract]:Radiation liver injury (radiation-induced liver injury,RILI) is one of the most important complications in radiotherapy for primary liver cancer and other abdominal tumors. It restricts the dose of radiotherapy in tumor area and seriously affects the therapeutic effect of patients. It was found that the occurrence of RILI was related to a variety of cytokines. Cytokines are involved in the pathogenesis of RILI at all stages by activating a variety of downstream signaling pathways.
