经典Wnt信号通路在放射性肠损伤中的研究进展

放射治疗(Radiation therapy,RT)是肿瘤常用的治疗手段,是多种放射源的重要组成部分。RT通过杀死肿瘤细胞为肿瘤治疗做出了重大贡献。然而,肠道等快速更新的组织是人体对辐射最敏感的器官,在腹腔内或盆腔恶性肿瘤治疗过程中,不可避免受到照射,随后表现为放射性肠损伤。目前,广为接受的辐射损伤防护假说涉及经典Wnt信号通路(即Wnt/β-catenin),激活Wnt/β-catenin信号通路能保护肠道上皮免受辐射损伤,其潜在的机制包括诱导肠道隐窝干细胞再生、清除ROS等。本文就肠道放射性损伤特点、经典Wnt信号通路及其在放射性肠损伤中的研究进展作一综述。
