100kV管电压在256层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影中的应用

目的 在回顾性心电门控冠状动脉CTA检查中,比较100kV管电压、1000mAs管电流扫描模式与120kV管电压、800mAs管电流扫描模式下的图像质量与辐射剂量的关系。 材料和方法 70例体重指数正常患者被随机分为两组,每组患者35例。第一组患者(男18例,女17例;平均年龄56.94±11.51岁)行回顾性心电门控冠状动脉CTA检查,采用100kV管电压、1000mAs管电流扫描模式。第二组患者(男21例,女14例;平均年龄54.03±9.81岁)行回顾性心电门控冠状动脉CTA检查,采用120kV管电压、800mAs管电流扫描模式。扫描完成后,两名放射医师独立对冠状动脉的图像质量进行主观评价和客观评价。主观评价采用5分法。客观评价通过信号噪声比、对比度噪声比进行分析。辐射剂量通过CT剂量容积指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED)进行评价,转换系数为k=0.014mSv mGy-1cm-1。 结果 100kV管电压、1000mAs管电流扫描模式的下图像质量的客观评价优于较120kV管电压、800mAs管电流扫描模式(mean SNR,36.65±2.95vs...
