军队大型医院医技科室医疗质量指标评价体系构建的研究

【摘要】:医技质量是医疗质量的重要组成部分,近年来,随着医技科室在医疗活动中作用的变化,其所占比重不断增大,加之高精尖设备不断引入,医技科室在医院的地位日趋增强。目前,针对医技科室指标评价方面的研究尚不很多,偶有也局限于单个专业的纵向研究,而针对医院整个医技质量评价指标体系的研究,鲜见报道。故科学合理地建立医技科室质量指标评价体系,加强医技科室质量评价,以促进医院全面质量提高,是各个医院亟待解决的问题。 本研究首先把医技科室专业的质量评价指标从用途上分类为数量指标、质量指标、效率指标和管理指标,并将这四项指标作为医技科室质量评价体系的Ⅰ类指标,以增强各医技科室质量评价指标的可比性。然后我们把结构指标、过程指标、结果指标分解后,作为Ⅱ类指标整合到Ⅰ类指标下。运用Delphi 法,分两轮请医技科室主任和医院管理专家,对Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类指标存在的合理性和权重提出意见,以确定最后的指标并测算出相应的权重。通过对某军队大型医院医技科室的情况进行实测,构建军队大型医院医技科室医疗质量指标评价体系。 结果证明:该指标体系具有较强的实用性和可操作性。本研究对构建军队大型医院医技科室医疗质量指标评价体系进行了初步探讨,取得了一定的成效。
[Abstract]:The quality of medical technology is an important part of the quality of medical treatment. In recent years, with the changes of the role of the department of medical technology in medical activities, its proportion continues to increase, coupled with the introduction of high-precision equipment. The status of the department of medical technology in the hospital is increasing. At present, the research on the evaluation of the index of the department of medical technology is not much, and occasionally limited to the longitudinal study of a single specialty. However, there are few reports on the research on the evaluation index system of the whole hospital medical technology quality. Therefore, the evaluation system of the medical technology department quality index should be established scientifically and reasonably, and the quality evaluation of the medical technology department should be strengthened in order to promote the improvement of the total quality of the hospital. It is an urgent problem to be solved in various hospitals. In this study, the quality evaluation index of medical technology department is classified as quantitative index, quality index, efficiency index and management index. And the four indicators as the quality evaluation system of the Department of Medical Technology I indicators, in order to enhance the comparability of the quality evaluation indicators of medical departments. Then we decompose the structural indicators, process indicators, results indicators.
