条件致病菌及生物降解真菌的空间生物学效应研究

【摘要】:目的研究空间条件下几株条件致病菌及生物降解真菌的生物学效应。方法可能影响航天员身体健康及降解空间材料的几株微生物,包括细菌、真菌、放线菌,经搭载7d后,应用常规微生物检验技术对它们的一些生物学特性进行初步研究。结果空间条件下菌株的存活率有明显提高,普遍生长较快,多数菌株产生色素;形态特征也有不同程度的变化;某些菌株对个别药物的抗性有所减弱,对多数药物的抗性不变。结论微生物在空间条件下繁殖能力增强,搭载后生长加快,形态分化提前,对药物的抗性基本稳定。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the biological effects of several opportunistic pathogens and biodegradable fungi under space conditions. Methods several microbes, including bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, which may affect the health of astronauts and degrade space materials, were carried for 7 days. Some of their biological characteristics were preliminarily studied by using the conventional microorganism test technique. Results the survival rate of the strains increased obviously under the space condition, and the growth rate was relatively fast, and most of the strains produced pigments. The resistance of some strains to individual drugs was weakened, but the resistance to most of the drugs remained unchanged. Conclusion the ability of microbes to reproduce under spatial conditions is enhanced, the growth rate is accelerated after loading, and the morphological differentiation is advanced. The resistance to drugs was basically stable.
