富氢水对模拟失重效应大鼠肠道菌群的影响

【摘要】:通过研究富氢水(Hydrogen-rich water)对Wistar雄性大鼠肠道菌群的影响,建立了富氢水和肠道微生态之间的关联,并研究了富氢水对模拟失重大鼠的肠道微生态调节作用,为预防航天员肠道微生态的失调和促进飞行后肠道微生态平衡的恢复提供依据。研究通过构建含有待测细菌的16S rRNA基因序列的重组质粒作为标准品,利用SYBR GreenⅠ实时荧光定量PCR的方法,检测富氢水对大鼠盲肠和结肠内容物中5种常见细菌的影响。试验成功构建了5种肠道菌的标准曲线,并实现了对肠内容物中5种细菌的定量。结果显示,模拟失重使肠道中肠球菌和大肠杆菌的拷贝数上升,产气荚膜梭菌的拷贝数下降,而富氢水对肠球菌则有明显的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:By studying the effect of Hydrogen-rich water on intestinal flora of Wistar male rats, the relationship between hydrogen rich water and intestinal microecology was established, and the effects of hydrogen rich water on intestinal microecology of simulated weightlessness rats were studied. In order to prevent the disturbance of intestinal microecology in astronauts and to promote the restoration of intestinal microecological balance after flight, the recombinant plasmid containing 16s rRNA gene sequence of bacteria to be tested was constructed as the standard.
