民航飞行“浅疲劳”体征与体育干预技术的可行性研究

【摘要】:目前,国内外以飞行安全为目标,对飞行疲劳的研究不断深入,其成果体现在两个方面:(1)疲劳状态的危险性;(2)疲劳状态的发生有一定的发展与形成过程。但迄今为止,对于飞行疲劳发生的过程性特征,并对其进行科学干预,进而力求延缓飞行疲劳产生的实证性研究,至今尚无人涉及。为此,本文以深度尚为达到影响飞行工作水平的深度疲劳现象(含以往相关研究中涉及的“潜疲劳”和假性疲劳等)为假设,提出“飞行浅疲劳”概念,力求将现有的疲劳已发性研究拓展到疲劳过程性研究领域,并以此为切入点对其进行实证性研究,目的在于对飞行疲劳的及时“预警”,并探索性尝试采取体育干预技术进行有效调节,以保障飞行安全。本文采用文献资料、调查、访谈、数理统计、实验、逻辑归纳等研究方法,以当前国内外飞行疲劳研究成果为基础,以心理学、生理学和体育学领域有关的最新成果为“平台”,对飞行“浅疲劳体征”及其“体育干预技术手段”展开研究,力求从“疲劳产生过程”出发,探索拓宽飞行疲劳及其干预手段的实证研究范畴。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on flight fatigue has been deeply studied at home and abroad with the aim of flight safety. The results are reflected in two aspects: 1) the danger of fatigue state and 2) the occurrence of fatigue state. But up to now, there is a certain process of development and formation of the fatigue state. No one has been involved in the empirical study on the process characteristics of flight fatigue, and its scientific intervention, so as to delay the occurrence of flight fatigue. In this paper, the concept of "flying shallow fatigue" is proposed on the assumption that the depth is still affecting the flight working level (including "latent fatigue" and "pseudo-fatigue", etc.). It tries to expand the existing research on fatigue occurrence to the field of fatigue process research, and take it as the breakthrough point to carry on the empirical research to it. The purpose of this paper is to "warn" flight fatigue in time, and try to adopt sports intervention technology to regulate effectively to ensure flight safety. This paper adopts literature, investigation, interview, mathematical statistics, experiment, etc. Logical induction and other research methods, based on the current domestic and foreign research results in flight fatigue, psychology, The latest achievement in the field of physiology and physical education is "platform". The "shallow fatigue signs" of flight and its "technical means of sports intervention" are studied in order to set out from the "process of fatigue generation". To explore and broaden the scope of empirical research on flight fatigue and its intervention.
