低G预适应对高G暴露致大鼠学习记忆功能受损的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨低G预适应对高G致大鼠学习记忆功能受损的影响。方法24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、+10Gz/3min组和低G预适应组,每组8只。低G预适应组在+10Gz/3min暴露前进行3d的+4Gz/3min锻炼(1次/d)。观察单次+10Gz/3min暴露后0、2、4和6d大鼠学习记忆功能的变化。结果旷场反应中,+10Gz/3min组中央格停留时间在0d,2d较对照组显著延长(P0.05),总得分在0d显著降低(P0.01);低G预适应组0d的中央格停留时间显著延长(P0.01),总得分显著降低(P0.01)。与+10Gz/3min组比较,低G预适应组中央格停留时间从2d开始有缩短趋势,6d
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of low G preconditioning on learning and memory impairment in rats induced by high G. Methods 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, 10 Gz / 3 min group and low G preconditioning group. There were 8 rats in each group. In the low G preconditioning group, 4 Gz / 3 min exercise was performed for 3 days before 10 Gz / 3 min exposure. The changes of learning and memory function of rats were observed after 10 Gz / 3 min exposure. Results in open field response, the central lattice residence time of 10Gz / 3min group was in the range of 10Gz / 3min. Compared with the control group, the total score of 0 day preconditioning group was significantly longer than that of the control group (P 0.05), the total score of the low G preconditioning group was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the central lattice residence time of the low G preconditioning group was significantly longer than that of the control group on day 0, and the total score was significantly lower than that of the control group, compared with that of the 10 Gz / 3 min group. The residence time of central lattice in low G preconditioning group has a trend of shortening from 2 days to 6 days.
