7d尾部悬吊对大鼠肺内动脉口径的影响及X方剂的对抗效应

【摘要】:目的观察尾部悬吊对大鼠肺内动脉口径、壁厚和壁厚/内径比值的影响,以及X方剂对这些变化的作用效果。方法采用-30°尾部悬吊建立模拟失重大鼠模型。健康雄性Wistar大鼠18只,随机分为对照(CON)组、7d尾部悬吊(TS7)组和尾部悬吊7d同时加用X方剂的中药汤剂(TS7+X-dose)组,每组6只,实验第7天时处死各组大鼠,观察大鼠肺动脉的病理改变。采用Q50IW型图像分析仪检测每张切片中所有肺内血管的口径(内、外径)和壁厚,计算壁厚/内径比。结果 7d尾部悬吊主要影响50μm以下肺动脉的内、外径,壁厚和壁厚/内径比值,此类血管是毛细血管前阻力血管,X方剂能较好缓解此类变化。结论 X方剂可能在缓解模拟失重导致的肺内动脉变化方面有较好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effects of tail suspension on diameter of pulmonary artery in rats, wall thickness and wall thickness / diameter ratio effect, and the effect of X prescription on these changes. The establishment of -30 tail suspension rat model by simulated weightlessness method. 18 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (CON), 7d tail suspension (TS7) group and 7d tail suspension combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction prescription X (TS7+X-dose) group, 6 rats in each group, the experimental rats were killed at seventh days, to observe the pathological changes of pulmonary artery in rats with pulmonary vascular. All in each section were measured Q50IW image analyzer in diameter (in diameter) and the wall thickness calculation of wall thickness / diameter than the 7d tail suspension. Results the main influence is less than 50 m in the pulmonary artery, diameter, wall thickness and wall thickness / diameter ratio, such vessels are precapillary resistance vessels, X prescription can alleviate these changes. Conclusion X may alleviate in prescription It has a good application prospect in simulating the changes of the internal pulmonary artery caused by weightlessness.
