水面舰艇及核潜艇长航对艇员血清矿物元素水平的影响及意义

【摘要】:目的 :了解水面舰艇和核潜艇长航条件对艇员血清矿物元素水平的影响 ,探讨其对艇员健康的意义。方法 :研究对象随机分为水面舰艇组、核潜艇组和岸勤组 (对照 )。Na、K检测用全自动生化仪 ;采用等离子体发射光谱法测定Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Mo和Cd、Pb、Al、Cr、Co。结果 :水面舰艇组和核潜艇组航后艇员血清中的常量元素Mg均明显低于航前和岸勤组 (P 0 .0 5 )。水面舰艇组航后艇员血清中的微量元素Zn和Fe均较航前降低 (P 0 .0 5 ) ;核潜艇组航后艇员血清Zn较航前和岸勤组降低非常显著 (P 0 .0 1) ,血清Fe较航前显著升高 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,血清Mn和血清Mo均较航前显著降低 (P 0 .0 5 )。水面舰艇组和核潜艇组航后血清中的有毒元素Cd、Pb、Al、Cr、Co较航前均有增高趋向。结论 :长航对艇员血清矿物元素的水平产生明显影响 ,其中又以核潜艇长航的影响为著 ,提示有必要进一步加强长航艇员体内元素代谢与健康关系的研究 ,并采取有力预防措施 ,确保长航艇员的健康和战斗力
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of long voyage conditions on serum mineral elements levels of surface warships and nuclear submarines, and to explore their significance to the health of crew members.Methods: the subjects were randomly divided into surface vessel group, nuclear submarine group and shore control group (control group).Results: after sailing, the contents of mg in the serum of surface warship group and nuclear submarine group were significantly lower than those of pre-sea and shore group (P0. 05).The contents of Zn and Fe in the serum of the crew of the surface ship group decreased significantly compared with those of the former group (P 0. 05), and the serum Zn of the crew of the nuclear submarine group decreased significantly (P 0. 01) than that of the group before and after voyage.Serum Fe was significantly higher than that before voyage (P 0. 05), serum mn and serum Mo were significantly lower than those before voyage (P 0. 05).After sailing, the toxic elements of CDPbPbPbPbCU and Cr-Co in the serum of the surface ship group and the nuclear submarine group are higher than those of the pre-sea vessel group and the nuclear submarine group.Conclusion: long voyage has obvious influence on the level of serum mineral elements of crew members, especially on the long voyage of nuclear submarine, which indicates that it is necessary to further strengthen the study on the relationship between the metabolism of elements and health in the crew of long voyage.And take effective preventive measures to ensure the health and combat effectiveness of the long voyage crew.
