卫生士官学员非智力因素结构研究

【摘要】:卫生士官学员大部分是来自基层部队的战士,多为初中毕业生、高中肄业生。总体上文化基础比较差、专业对口率比较低,这是当前士官教育必须面对的一个现状。就学员自身来讲,影响学习的主要因素有两个:一个是智力因素;一个是非智力因素。在这样的情况下,要提高士官教育的教学质量就需要从士官学员的自身特点出发在提升士官学员的非智力因素上进行大胆改革,激发他们的学习热情,锻炼他们健全的人格,培养他们良好的学习习惯,以期树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,从而达到全面提升士官学员综合素质的目的。 本研究在认真分析学习动机、情感、态度、价值观的基础上,针对卫生士官学员的特点,通过专家咨询法构建卫生士官学员非智力因素结构体系,以期为部队培养出“信得过、留得下、用得上”的“应用型、复合型”卫生士官人才打下坚实的基础。 本研究分为四个部分。 第一部分概念界定及理论基础。对于非智力因素及相关概念进行界定,阐述了国内外非智力因素理论的研究现状,重点介绍了与本研究相关的理论。 第二部分卫生士官学员非智力因素结构指标体系的构建。通过对白求恩军医学院卫生士官学员现状进行调研,了解卫生士官的背景资料;了解他们的入伍年限和入学前受教育情况;分析他们的非智力因素基本状况。通过专家咨询法构建卫生士官院校教育非智力因素结构指标体系。 第三部分卫生士官学员非智力因素结构指标体系的实证研究。了解和把握卫生士官学员非智力因素结构的实际状况以及验证指标体系的科学性和合理性,采用因素分析法对非智力因素结构指标体系进行分析,共提取6项主成分,能够比较客观的反映卫生士官学员非智力因素现状。通过分析卫生士官非智力因素结构,提出培养对策,为完善卫生士官学员的教育体系提供参考依据。 第四部分加强卫生士官学员非智力因素培养的主要对策。针对卫生士官学员的自身特点,从加强职业认同感教育,激发学员学习兴趣;军人素养与政治思想教育相结合,端正学习动机;改革教学方法,进行因材施教;强化实践教学,完善教学内容体系等方面对学员的非智力因素在教学过程中的培养进行思考和探索。通过加强非智力因素发展推进素质教育,通过切实有效的途径锤炼学员,全面提高其综合素质,培养其成为综合性实用人才。
[Abstract]:The cadets are mostly soldiers from grassroots units, mostly junior high school graduates and high school leavers. On the whole, the cultural basis is poor, the professional counterpart rate is relatively low, this is a current situation that the non-commissioned officer education must face. As far as students are concerned, there are two main factors influencing learning: one is intelligence and the other is non-intelligence. Under such circumstances, in order to improve the teaching quality of the non-commissioned officers education, we should proceed from the characteristics of the cadets themselves to carry out bold reforms in the promotion of non-intellectual factors of the cadets, to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning, and to exercise their sound personality. Cultivate their good study habits in order to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the comprehensive quality of cadets. On the basis of careful analysis of learning motivation, emotion, attitude and values, this study, according to the characteristics of medical cadets, constructs the structure system of non-intelligence factors by expert consultation, in order to cultivate "trustworthy" for the troops. Can stay, can use "the application type, the compound type" health sergeant talented person lays the solid foundation. This research is divided into four parts. The first part defines the concept and theoretical basis. This paper defines non-intelligence factors and related concepts, expounds the current research situation of non-intelligence factors at home and abroad, and emphatically introduces the theories related to this study. The second part is about the construction of non-intelligence factor index system. By investigating the current situation of medical cadets in Bai Qiuen military Medical College, we can find out the background information of them, understand their years of enlistment and their education before entering school, and analyze their basic condition of non-intellectual factors. The structure index system of non-intelligence factors in non-intelligence education in non-intelligence colleges and universities was constructed by expert consultation. The third part is the empirical study of non-intelligence factor structure index system. To understand and grasp the actual situation of the non-intelligence factor structure of the medical cadets, and to verify the scientificity and rationality of the index system, a factor analysis method was used to analyze the non-intelligence factor structure index system, and six principal components were extracted. It can objectively reflect the current situation of non-intelligence factors of non-intellectual health officer cadets. By analyzing the structure of non-intelligence factors of non-health officers, the training countermeasures are put forward to provide a reference for perfecting the education system of health sergeant cadets. The fourth part is the main countermeasures to strengthen the training of non-intelligence factors. In view of the characteristics of the medical cadets, we should strengthen the education of professional identity, stimulate the students' interest in learning, combine the military accomplishment with the political and ideological education, correct the learning motivation, reform the teaching methods, teach them in accordance with their aptitude, and strengthen the practical teaching. Improve the system of teaching content and other aspects of non-intellectual factors in the training of students in the teaching process to think and explore. Through strengthening the development of non-intellectual factors to promote quality education, through practical and effective ways to train students, improve their comprehensive quality, train them to become comprehensive and practical talents.
