改良99式军用汉麻鞋袜抑菌效果临床研究

【摘要】：目的验证改良99式军用汉麻鞋袜对军事训练中足部皮肤浅部真菌病的防治作用。方法受试者16名。试穿99式军用汉麻鞋袜。每人1双鞋和3双袜,左右袜材料不同。采用双盲试验,试验第0、4、8周分别对每名受试者进行足部皮肤临床和真菌学检查。结果试穿8周足部皮肤的临床症状明显改善。4名受试者认为左足袜比右足袜效果更好。16名受试者中原有8例在试验前真菌检查阳性,8周试验结束时有2例转为阴性,6例仍为阳性,真菌培养结果:2例为石膏样毛癣菌、4例为红色毛癣菌。结论改良99式汉麻鞋袜能很好地缓解军事训练中足部皮肤出现的临床症状,可预防浅部真菌病的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of modified 99 military Chinese hemp shoes and socks on superficial mycosis of foot in military training. Methods Sixteen subjects were enrolled. Try on 99 military Han linen shoes and socks. Each pair of shoes and 3 pairs of socks, left and right socks of different materials. The clinical and mycological examinations of foot skin were performed on each of the subjects in the 4th week of the double blind test. Results the clinical symptoms of foot skin were significantly improved in 8 weeks. 4 subjects thought that left foot socks were more effective than right foot socks. 8 of 16 subjects had turned negative at the end of 8 weeks trial. 6 cases were still positive. Fungal culture results showed that 2 cases were Trichophyton gypsum and 4 cases were Trichophyton rubrum. Conclusion modified 99 Chinese hemp shoes and socks can relieve the clinical symptoms of foot skin and prevent superficial mycosis in military training.
