【摘要】：目的研究伊拉克战争模式的特点和特征,积极推动提高和促进我军卫生防疫保障工作的创新性发展。方法分析伊拉克战争“超限战”新理论、“全维战”新手段和“两高两强”新形态的特点和内涵,结合我军现有的卫生防疫保障模式,探讨战争新模式对卫生防疫保障工作的挑战。结果未来战争新模式对我军卫生防疫保障的冲击主要为:(1)参战兵种的全面性,将对卫生防疫保障的个性和共性的统一提出了更多要求;(2)战争环境的复杂性,将使卫生防疫保障的困难性有所增加;(3)战争的高度机动性,将对卫生防疫保障的机动性和应急性带来挑战;(4)参战武器的多样性,将对卫生防疫、防护研究工作提出更多需求。结论未来战争新模式将对我军现行的卫生防疫保障工作的建设带来了挑战,从而为完成未来高技术战争要求的卫生防疫保障工作提供了机遇。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the characteristics and characteristics of the Iraq war model, actively promote and promote the innovative development of our army's health and epidemic prevention work. Method analysis of the new theory of "ultra limited war" in Iraq war, the new means of "full dimension war" and the characteristics and internal culverts of the new form of "two high and two strong", combined with the existing health protection model of our army, The challenges of the new mode of war on the protection of health and epidemic prevention are discussed. Conclusion the new model of the future war will bring challenges to the construction of the current health protection and protection work of our army. It provides opportunities for health and epidemic prevention in the high-tech war.
