伊拉克战争模式对我军卫生防疫保障工作的挑战

【摘要】：目的研究伊拉克战争模式的特点和特征,积极推动提高和促进我军卫生防疫保障工作的创新性发展。方法分析伊拉克战争“超限战”新理论、“全维战”新手段和“两高两强”新形态的特点和内涵,结合我军现有的卫生防疫保障模式,探讨战争新模式对卫生防疫保障工作的挑战。结果未来战争新模式对我军卫生防疫保障的冲击主要为:(1)参战兵种的全面性,将对卫生防疫保障的个性和共性的统一提出了更多要求;(2)战争环境的复杂性,将使卫生防疫保障的困难性有所增加;(3)战争的高度机动性,将对卫生防疫保障的机动性和应急性带来挑战;(4)参战武器的多样性,将对卫生防疫、防护研究工作提出更多需求。结论未来战争新模式将对我军现行的卫生防疫保障工作的建设带来了挑战,从而为完成未来高技术战争要求的卫生防疫保障工作提供了机遇。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics and characteristics of the Iraqi war model and to promote the innovative development of our military health and epidemic prevention work. Methods the characteristics and connotations of the new theory of "over-limited war", the new means of "whole war" and the new form of "two top two powers" in Iraq war were analyzed, and combined with the existing health epidemic prevention mode of our army. This paper discusses the challenge of the new mode of war to the work of health and epidemic prevention. Results the impact of the new mode of future war on the health and epidemic prevention support of our army is mainly the comprehensiveness of the combat services, which will put forward more requirements for the unity of the individuality and commonness of the health and epidemic prevention support, and the complexity of the war environment. It will increase the difficulty of health and epidemic prevention, increase the high maneuverability of war, bring the diversity of weapon to fight, and put forward more demands for the work of health prevention and prevention. Conclusion the new model of future war will bring challenges to the construction of the current health and epidemic prevention guarantee work of our army, thus providing an opportunity to complete the health and epidemic prevention guarantee work required by the future high-tech war.
