二氧化氯对坑道空气消毒的效果

【摘要】:目的观察二氧化氯(ClO2)对坑道空气进行消毒的效果,同时测定空气中ClO2浓度及降解时间,为部队进入消毒后房间提供安全依据。方法用撞击法及沉降法同时检测坑道空气消毒前后细菌总数及真菌数,用ClO2空气监测仪(iTX)监测坑道内、外3种类型房间空气中ClO2浓度,观察降解时间。结果(1)坑道房间空气用0.1%C1O2剂量为10 mL.m-3消毒30 min,撞击法及沉降法检测细菌总数分别减少94.6%、93.5%,真菌数分别减少92.1%、89.6%。(2)坑道房间、坑道外平房及密闭房间空气中的ClO2从10 mg.m-3降解至0.3 mg.m-3安全剂量,降解时间分别为961、45及639 min。结论(1)房间密闭性能好,墙面使用不易吸水的材料,ClO2降解速度慢,否则降解较快。(2)以0.1%ClO2剂量为10 mL.m-3用于坑道空气消毒,杀菌效果满意。消毒后96 min,ClO2浓度符合卫生标准,部队及防空人群可以进入,120 min降解完全,进入时更安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of chlorine dioxide (CLO _ 2) in disinfection of tunnel air, and to determine the concentration and degradation time of ClO _ 2 in the air so as to provide a safe basis for the troops to enter the room after disinfection. Methods the total number of bacteria and fungi before and after disinfection were detected by impact method and sedimentation method. The concentration of ClO2 in the air of three types of rooms outside and inside the tunnel was monitored by ClO2 air monitor (iTX), and the degradation time was observed. Results 1) the air in the tunnel room was disinfected with 0.1 mL 路m ~ (-3) for 30 min, the total number of bacteria detected by impingement method and sedimentation method decreased 94.66 ~ (93. 5), and the number of fungi decreased 92. 1% and 89. 6% 路2% respectively) in the tunnel room, the total number of bacteria was decreased by 94. 6% and 93. 5%, respectively. The degradation time of ClO2 from 10 mg.m-3 to 0.3 mg.m-3 was 961c45 and 639mins respectively. Conclusion (1) the room is well sealed, and the degradation rate of ClO2 is slow when the wall is not easy to absorb water. Otherwise, the degradation rate is faster. 2) the 0.1 ClO2 dose of 10ml 路m-3 is used to disinfect the air in the tunnel, and the bactericidal effect is satisfactory. The concentration of CLO _ 2 at 96 min after disinfection was up to the hygienic standard, and the troops and air defense people could enter and decompose completely for 120 min, and it was safer to enter.
