【摘要】:目的分析检测密闭环境中悬浮颗粒物上附着微生物的种类及数量 ,为航天器舱内大气污染的控制和监测提供参考依据。方法依据U .S .AEPAIP 1 0方法 ,在密闭环境中用大流量冲击式采样器分 3级连续采样 ,颗粒物的空气动力学直径 (AD)分别为 :1 0 0 μm≥AD 1 0 μm、1 0 μm≥AD 2 μm及AD≤ 2 μm。选择室外较洁净空气以同样方法采样作为对照。对采集的颗粒物精密称量。分别培养颗粒物上的吸附微生物 ,并进行分离鉴定和分类计数。结果计算出密闭环境中总悬浮颗粒物 (TSP)、可吸入颗粒物 (IP)的质量浓度。检测出密闭环境中悬浮颗粒物上附着的微生物的种类包括 :细菌 6
