某部卫生防疫队认真做好高致病性禽流感防治工作

【摘要】：目的发挥卫生防疫队在禽流感防治工作中的作用,确保禽流感疫情不传入部队。方法充分发挥专业技术优势,结合部队实际,加强领导,严密组织,周密计划,采取综合措施,有条不紊实施卫生防疫工作,并及时进行分析总结。结果通过全体官兵的共同努力,有效地防止了疫病传入营区,确保了部队官兵的身体健康,同时总结出3点主要做法:(1)领导重视,组织健全,严防死堵决战“禽流感”;(2)周密计划,精心组织,全力以赴防止疫病传入营区;(3)普及教育,强化意识,提高部队防护能力。结论在实践中总结出的具体做法是行之有效的,对部队禽流感防治工作有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to give full play to the role of health prevention team in the prevention and control of avian influenza and to ensure that the epidemic situation of avian influenza does not spread to the army. Methods to give full play to the advantages of professional technology, to strengthen leadership, to organize closely, to plan carefully, to take comprehensive measures, to carry out hygienic and epidemic prevention work in an orderly manner, and to carry out analysis and summary in time. Results through the joint efforts of all the officers and soldiers, the epidemic disease was effectively prevented from spreading to the quartering areas, and the health of the officers and soldiers in the army was ensured. At the same time, three main measures were summed up: (1) the leadership attached importance to the epidemic and the organization was sound. We must strictly guard against "bird flu" in decisive battles; (2) carefully organize and make every effort to prevent the introduction of epidemic diseases into camps; and (3) popularize education, strengthen awareness, and enhance the ability of troops to protect themselves. Conclusion the concrete measures summarized in practice are effective and have certain guiding significance for the prevention and control of avian influenza in army.
