噪声和音乐对脑电功率谱的影响

【摘要】:目的观察飞行员在安静、噪声和音乐 3种状态下的脑电功率谱的变化特点 ,为航天员的心理放松训练提供一客观生理依据。方法记录了 1 2名飞行员在安静、噪声和音乐状态下的 1 6导连续脑电图 ,并进行了 6个频段的功率谱分析。结果安静状态和噪声状态下以及安静状态和音乐状态下脑电能量变化的比较在统计学上均无显著性差异 ;噪声状态和音乐状态的比较从频域上看 ,在音乐状态下 ,脑电能量在α1 频段呈明显减少趋势 ,在θ频段呈增加趋势 ;从空间域上看 ,脑电能量的变化主要集中在前额颞区和中央区。结论脑电变化与人的情绪变化密切相关 ,音乐可起到放松作用 ;声音对脑电的影响有很大的个体差异 ,放松训练须因人而宜。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of EEG power spectrum of pilots in three states of silence, noise and music, and to provide an objective physiological basis for the psychological relaxation training of astronauts. Methods the 16-lead continuous EEG of 12 pilots under quiet, noise and music conditions was recorded, and the power spectrum of 6 frequency bands was analyzed. Results there was no statistically significant difference in the changes of EEG energy between quiet state and noise state, and between quiet state and music state, and the comparison between noise state and music state in frequency domain, in music state. The EEG energy decreased obviously in 伪 1 band and increased in 胃 band, and the change of EEG energy in spatial domain was mainly concentrated in prefrontal temporal region and central region. Conclusion the changes of EEG are closely related to the changes of human emotions, and music can play a relaxing role, and the influence of sound on EEG is very different, so relaxation training should be appropriate for people.
