武警水电部队某部尘肺流行病学调查

【摘要】:目的 :了解武警水电部队某部尘肺发病情况 ,为制定预防尘肺措施提供科学依据。方法 :按照《全国电力行业第二次粉尘危害调查实施方案》对水电部队某部进行尘肺流行病学调查。结果 :累计患病 145例 ,患病率 2 .0 6 % ,累计死亡 15例 ,病死率 10 .34% ,现患肺尘 33例 ,现患率 0 .4 7% ,合并结核率 10 .34%。已发生的尘肺中均为矽肺 ,病人集中在 70年代初接尘人员 ,占 88.2 8%。工种分布中 ,凿岩工占 95.17% ,石工占 4 .14% ,支柱工占 0 .6 9%。结论 :武警水电部队的尘肺累计患病率较高。通过对某尘肺发生的特点、原因及规律进行分析 ,提示水电部队今后尘肺防治重点仍是水电施工的凿岩工种。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the incidence of pneumoconiosis in a department of armed police and hydropower unit, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of pneumoconiosis. Methods: a pneumoconiosis epidemiological survey was carried out in a department of hydropower units according to the implementation plan of the second National Dust Hazard Survey in Electric Power Industry. Results: there were 145 cases (2.06%) with a cumulative mortality of 10.34% (15 cases), 33 cases with pneumoconiosis (0.47%), and 10.34% with tuberculosis. Silicosis was found in all pneumoconiosis, and the patients were mainly exposed to dust in the early 1970s (88.28%). In the distribution of work types, rock drillers accounted for 95.17%, stone workers for 4.14%, pillar workers for 0.69%. Conclusion: the accumulative prevalence of pneumoconiosis in the armed police and hydropower units is higher. Through the analysis of the characteristics, causes and laws of a pneumoconiosis, it is suggested that the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis in hydropower units in the future is still the rock drilling type of hydropower construction.
