戈壁地区野外驻训卫生防病的主要做法及体会

【摘要】：目的为了提高戈壁地区长时间野外驻训卫生防病保障能力 ,保障指战员身体健康。方法卫勤分队随部队实施全方位防病保障 ,并及时总结经验。结果针对执行野外驻训卫生防病保障特点 ,总结了 7点做法 :(1)周密计划 ,充分准备 ;(2 )综合治理 ,完善设施 ;(3)加强饮食、饮水管理 ,把好“病从口入”关 ;(4 )大力开展灭鼠、防蝇工作 ,预防传染病发生流行 ;(5 )加强检查监督力度 ,确保制度落实到位 ;(6 )抓好门诊、巡诊工作 ,搞好卫生保障 ;(7)认真做好心理疏导、咨询工作。由于措施得力 ,驻训部队昼夜发病率控制在 1.5‰以内 ,无传染病暴发流行和食物中毒发生 ,有效地保障了部队驻训任务的完成。结论戈壁地区长时间野外驻训卫生防病保障有其特殊要求 ,总结的几点做法及体会 ,可供相关部队防病保障时参考。

Methods the medical unit carried out all-round protection against disease and summed up the experience in time. Results according to the characteristics of health and disease prevention in field training, seven measures were summarized: (1) careful planning and adequate preparation; (2) comprehensive management and improvement of facilities; (3) strengthening diet and drinking water management; (4) vigorously carry out rodent control and fly control work to prevent the spread of infectious diseases; (5) strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure that the system is in place; (6) do a good job in outpatient service and inspection; Do a good job of health protection; (7) conscientiously do a good job in psychological counseling, counseling work.
