海水浸泡火器伤的特点与救治原则

【摘要】:随着现代战争更多地扩展到空中和海域 ,海水浸泡火器伤日益受到军事医学的关注。本文介绍了海水导热快、呈碱性和高渗以及细菌学的特点 ,着重讨论了海水浸泡对伤员整个机体及火器伤局部的影响 :如体温丢失、碱性与高渗液的浸泡以及创伤弧菌的感染等 ;提出海水浸泡火器伤的救治应在遵循单纯火器伤的治疗原则基础上 ,考虑海水浸泡的特点 ,加强有针对性的全身抗感染治疗和及时复温 ,重视伤口局部的及时清创处理等 ,并提出了预防建议
[Abstract]:As modern warfare extends to the air and sea, seawater immersion and firearm injuries have been paid more and more attention by military medicine. This paper introduces the characteristics of seawater heat conduction, alkalinity, hyperosmosis and bacteriology, and emphatically discusses the influence of seawater immersion on the whole body and local parts of firearm injury, such as body temperature loss. It is suggested that the treatment of firearm injury caused by seawater immersion should be based on the principle of simple firearm injury and the characteristics of seawater immersion should be taken into account. Strengthen the targeted systemic anti-infective treatment and timely rewarming, attach importance to the timely debridement and treatment of wound, and put forward some preventive suggestions.
