南部某海岛作业人员工作能力调查

【摘要】：目的调查中国南部某海岛的特殊作业环境对岛上劳动者工作能力的影响。方法以某岛上劳动者为调查对象,利用工作能力指数(Work Ability Index,WAI)量表进行问卷调查。结果调查组WAI为(38.0±5.2)分,对照组WAI为(37.1±5.2)分。其中,调查组工作能力优37人,占14.2%;良129人,占49.6%;中90人,占34.6%;差4人,占1.5%。对照组优者13人,占9.3%;良72人,占51.4%;中48人,占34.3%;差7人,占5.0%。2组人群WAI值及分级差异无统计学意义。结论岛上现有卫生条件及劳动防护措施能够有效保持劳动者工作能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influence of special working environment on working ability of island workers in southern China. Methods an island laborer was investigated with the work ability Index (Work Ability Index,WAI) questionnaire. Results WAI was (38. 0 卤5. 2) in the investigation group and (37. 1 卤5. 2) in the control group. Among them, the working ability of the investigation group was excellent in 37 (14.2cm), good 129 (49.6), 90 (34.6), and poor (4) (1.5cm). There were 13 excellent in the control group (9.3%), 72 good (51.4%), 48 in the middle (34.3%), and 7 poor (5.0.2%) in the WAI value and grading. Conclusion the existing sanitary conditions and labor protection measures on the island can effectively maintain the working ability of workers.
