持续工作负荷所致脑力疲劳对静态平衡能力变化的影响

【摘要】:目的研究人体在持续工作负荷的脑力疲劳状态下静态平衡能力的变化;评价测试姿势"双足矢状位"和测试方法"NO+反应时"对于疲劳的敏感程度。方法受试者进行4 h的连续脑力负荷作业,分别在时间点0 h,1 h,2 h,3 h和4 h测试静态姿势图、反应时、闪烁临界频率等指标,并进行NASA-TLX量表评定。结果反应时、闪烁临界频率、NASA-TLX量表评分随着工作负荷时间增加,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。静态姿势图指标反映出的晃动逐渐增加,在时间点3 h达到最大(P0.05),在时间点4h略下降。结论在持续的工作负荷下,静态平衡能力随负荷时间逐渐下降;"双足矢状位"的姿势时,一些重心晃动指标可以在一定程度上反应出疲劳的状态;"NO+反应时"中的静态姿势测试不能敏感地反映志愿者的疲劳状态。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the change of static balance ability of human body under the condition of mental fatigue with continuous workload, and to evaluate the sensitivity of "bipedal sagittal position" and test method "NO reaction time" to fatigue. Methods the subjects were subjected to continuous mental load for 4 hours. Static postures were measured at 0 h, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h and 4 h, respectively. The critical frequency of flicker was measured at the time of reaction, and evaluated with NASA-TLX scale. Results the critical frequency of scintillation and the score of NASA-TLX scale increased with the time of work load, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The static posture showed that the sloshing increased gradually and reached the maximum at 3 h (P0.05) and decreased slightly at 4 h. Conclusion under the continuous workload, the static balance ability decreases gradually with the load time, some gravity center sloshing indexes can reflect the fatigue state to some extent under the "double foot sagittal position" posture. The static posture test in NO response time does not sensitively reflect the fatigue state of the volunteers.
