军队离退休老干部口腔健康状况调查及1年内康复治疗需求分析

【摘要】：目的:了解军队离退休老干部口腔健康状况及1年内主动来门诊康复治疗的需求。方法:采用基本口腔流行病学的指数和标准,对南宁市干休所部队离退休老干部286人进行口腔健康检查,并对其1年内在门诊康复治疗情况进行统计。结果:失牙率为75.52%。有牙颌274人的患龋率为69.71%,楔状缺损患病率为48.54%,前、后牙磨耗率为82.48%,菌斑检出率95.26%,软垢检出率90.51%,牙结石检出率39.42%,牙龈炎患病率为32.85%,牙周炎患病率29.93%。1年内来门诊康复治疗105人,占36.71%。结论:军队离退休老干部口腔健康状况一般,被动等待患者的服务模式,不能满足康复治疗需求。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the oral health status of retired military cadres and the need of active outpatient rehabilitation within one year. Methods: the index and standard of basic oral epidemiology were used to check the oral health of 286 retired cadres in Nanning dry recuperation Center, and the data of rehabilitation treatment in outpatient department within one year were analyzed. Results: the rate of tooth loss was 75.52%. The incidence of dental caries was 69.71, the prevalence of wedge-shaped defects was 48.54, the wear rate of anterior and posterior teeth was 82.48, the detection rate of plaque was 95.26, the detection rate of soft dirt was 90.511.The detection rate of dental calculus was 39.42. The prevalence rate of gingivitis was 32.85. The prevalence rate of periodontitis was 29.93.1 years. Conclusion: the oral health status of retired military cadres is normal and passive waiting for patients can not meet the needs of rehabilitation treatment.
