飞行员扫视、操作绩效及工作负荷的实验研究

【摘要】：目的通过对特定任务情境的研究,解决飞行员扫视、操作绩效及工作负荷问题。方法在借鉴前人研究的基础上,设计并进行了有关飞行员扫视、操作绩效、工作负荷的实验和调查分析评价系统,取得了大量有价值的实验数据。结果在理论研究和实验分析的基础上,初步揭示了高级飞行员和飞行学员之间的差距。结论高级飞行员比学员具有更频繁地注视和更短地注视时延(停留);对两类飞行员而言他们的工作负荷与操作绩效的关系都不是绝对一致变化的。
[Abstract]:Objective to solve the problem of airman's scan, operation performance and workload by studying the specific task situation. Methods on the basis of previous studies, an experimental, investigation and evaluation system was designed and evaluated for pilots' scan, operating performance and workload, and a large number of valuable experimental data were obtained. Results on the basis of theoretical research and experimental analysis, the gap between senior pilots and flight cadets was preliminarily revealed. Conclusion Senior pilots have more frequent fixation and shorter fixation delay than cadets, and for both types of pilots, the relationship between their workload and operational performance is not absolutely consistent.
