微流控芯片尿检技术应用进展及其航天医学应用前景

【摘要】:尿液检验是临床诊断中常用的检验项目,尿液理化性质的改变是许多疾病出现的体征之一。微流控芯片自问世以来,已经在生命科学的众多领域获得了广泛应用和长足发展。本文着重介绍了近期微流控芯片在尿液检验中的应用进展,并特别阐述了这项技术在未来航天医学中的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Urine examination is one of the commonly used tests in clinical diagnosis. The change of physicochemical properties of urine is one of the signs of many diseases. Microfluidic chip has been widely used and developed in many fields of life science since it came into being. In this paper, the recent application of microfluidic chip in urine testing is introduced, and the prospect of application of this technology in aerospace medicine in the future is described in particular.
