紫外线消毒箱对菜刀菜板消毒效果实验及现场应用效果观察

【摘要】:目的 :为了解决基层部队饮食卫生中熟食刀、板及餐具消毒问题。方法 :根据紫外线的消毒原理 ,研制出一种紫外线消毒箱 ,以大肠杆菌 ( 80 99)为指标菌 ,观察消毒箱对染菌后不同样品的消毒效果 ,同时对现场应用效果进行监测。结果 :染菌后的菜刀、菜板放入此消毒箱中作用 5min、低浓度 ( 10 % )血清保护时作用 5~ 10min ,均可达到 99.8%以上的杀灭效果 ;而温度和湿度对消毒效果无影响 ;通过现场使用及监测 ,杀菌效果与实验结果基本一致。结论 :该紫外线消毒箱消毒效果可靠 ,作用时间短 ,是基层连队饮食卫生保障中一种较好的装备
[Abstract]:Objective: to solve the problem of disinfecting deli knife, plate and tableware in food hygiene of grass-roots troops. Methods: according to the disinfection principle of ultraviolet ray, a kind of ultraviolet disinfection box was developed. Using Escherichia coli (8099) as the index bacteria, the disinfection effect of the disinfection box on different samples after infection was observed. At the same time, the effect of field application is monitored. Results: when treated with low concentration (10%) serum for 5 ~ 10min, the killing effect was more than 99.8%, while the temperature and humidity had no effect on the disinfection effect, the results showed that the disinfecting effect was higher than 99.8% when the knife and plate were put into this disinfectant box for 5 min, and the low concentration (10%) of serum was protected by 5 ~ min. Through field use and monitoring, the germicidal efficacy is basically consistent with the experimental results. Conclusion: the ultraviolet disinfection box has reliable disinfection effect and short acting time. It is a better equipment in the food hygiene guarantee of the basic company.
