某部创建全军甲级卫生单位的几点做法与体会

【摘要】：目的 :落实《“九五”期间全军除害灭病规划》 ,创全军甲级卫生单位 ,提高部队的生活质量和环境质量。方法 :以《“九五”期间全军除害灭病规划实施办法及考评细则》为标准 ,现场进行指导。结果 :通过全体官兵的共同努力 ,顺利通过全军爱卫会组织的达标验收 ,荣获“全军甲级卫生单位”称号。并得出如下体会 :领导重视 ,爱卫会各部门相互配合 ,分工负责是基础 ;加强管理 ,制度落实 ,强化健康教育 ,加大除“四害”力度是主要措施。结论 :“创建全军甲级卫生单位”活动对提高部队官兵卫生意识 ,文明素质 ,改善部队生活质量和环境质量 ,降低疾病发生率起到很好的促进作用 ,不失为加强部队卫生建设的有效措施 ,应当持之以恒地开展下去。
[Abstract]:Objective: to implement the Ninth five-year Plan for the elimination of diseases in the whole army, to create a Class A health unit, and to improve the quality of life and environmental quality of the army. Methods: according to the implementation measures and evaluation rules of the whole army during the Ninth five-year Plan period, the field guidance was carried out. Results: through the joint efforts of all officers and soldiers, we successfully passed the acceptance of the standard organized by the all-Army Health Association, and won the title of "Class A Health Unit of the whole Army". It is concluded that the leaders attach importance to each other, and the division of labor and responsibility is the foundation; strengthening management, implementing the system, strengthening health education, and strengthening the elimination of the "four evils" are the main measures. Conclusion: the activity of "establishing a Class A health unit of the whole army" plays a very good role in improving the health awareness, civilized quality, quality of life and environmental quality of the troops, and reducing the incidence of diseases. As an effective measure to strengthen the health construction of the army, it should be carried out continuously.
