3:2:1胶体液对海训中高渗性脱水患者的应急救治作用

【摘要】:目的观察3∶2∶1胶体液对海训中高渗性脱水患者的救治效果。方法2000-08~2006-08共对20例训练中高渗性脱水患者利用3∶2∶1胶体液进行救治。在输液前后观察血压、脉搏、呼吸、血电解质、血乳酸、血二氧化碳结合力(CO2-CP)、全血低切率的黏度及血细胞比容等指标的变化。结果输入3∶2∶1胶体液后患者血压、脉搏及呼吸等生命体征明显改善(P0.05),血钠、血乳酸下降及二氧化碳结合力水平上升(P0.05)。结论对海训中高渗性脱水患者早期快速输入3∶2∶1胶体液可显著提高患者血容量,纠正高钠血症,改善机体代谢,安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of 3:2:1 gel on patients with hyperosmotic dehydration in sea training. Methods A total of 20 patients with hyperosmotic dehydration in training were treated with 3:2:1 gel fluid. The changes of blood pressure, pulse, respiration, blood electrolyte, blood lactic acid, blood carbon dioxide binding capacity (CO2-CP), viscosity of whole blood low shear rate and specific volume of blood cells were observed before and after infusion. Results the vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse and respiration were significantly improved (P 0.05), serum sodium and lactic acid decreased and carbon dioxide binding capacity increased (P 0.05). Conclusion early rapid infusion of 3:2:1 colloid solution can significantly increase blood volume, correct hypernatremia and improve metabolism in patients with hyperosmotic dehydration during sea training.
