某部重大任务卫生防疫保障的做法与建议

【摘要】：目的保障参演部队官兵身体健康,确保演习任务顺利完成。方法针对任务的特点,结合部队实际,进行回顾性总结。结果总结出卫生防疫保障的主要做法:(1)加强组织领导,完善各种应急处理预案;(2)加强宣传力度,充分发挥卫生部门的职能作用;(3)前期准备工作充分,防病意识不断增强;(4)把好“三关”、“三员”,提高官兵生活质量;(5)严格食品留样检验制度,确保食品安全卫生;(6)主动出击,加强协作。由于采取这些做法,参演部队在执行任务期间未发生疫情流行和食源性疾病引起的非战斗减员,圆满完成了重大任务卫生防疫保障工作。结论针对参演部队卫生防病的重点,所采取的卫生防疫保障做法,对今后的卫生防疫保障工作及相关部队有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to ensure the health of the officers and soldiers participating in the exercise and to ensure the smooth completion of the exercise task. Methods according to the characteristics of the task, combined with the actual situation of the army, the retrospective summary was carried out. Results the main methods of health and epidemic prevention and security were summarized as follows: (1) strengthening organizational leadership and perfecting all kinds of emergency plans; (2) strengthening propaganda and giving full play to the functions of health departments; (3) adequate preparatory work and increasing awareness of disease prevention; (4) improving the quality of life of officers and soldiers by improving the "three levels" and "three members"; (5) strict food sample retention inspection system to ensure food safety and hygiene; (6) take the initiative to attack and strengthen cooperation. As a result of these practices, the participating troops did not suffer from epidemic outbreaks and non-combat attrition caused by food-borne diseases during the performance of their duties, and successfully completed the work of health and epidemic prevention and security for major tasks. Conclusion in view of the key points of health and disease prevention in the participating troops, the methods of health and epidemic prevention and security adopted have certain reference significance for the future health and epidemic prevention and support work and related troops.
