莱菔硫烷对大鼠肾缺血再灌注诱发肠损伤的影响

目的:肾脏是人体内的重要器官,做为泌尿系统的组成部分,在维持人体内环境的稳定方面起着极其关键的作用,主要表现为排泄有害物质,重吸收有益物质,如钾离子、钠离子、氨基酸等物质,进而维持体内酸碱平衡,防止发生水、电解质紊乱。另外已知的肾脏还有调理血压、促进红细胞生成、促进维生素D活化等作用。是以,一旦肾脏受到侵害,就会致使内环境不稳定,发生水、电解质紊乱,严重时甚至危及生命。有报道指出,肾脏出现损害时,会导致其它器官如肝、脑、肺脏等器官出现相应的损害。肾缺血再灌注损伤(Renal ischemia-reperfusion injury,RIRI)做为一种复杂的病理生理过程,随着近年来不断深入的研究,RIRI的病理生理机制之一是活性氧族(ROS)的大量生成,活性氧族是一类含有单电子氧自由基的物质总称,常见的包括超氧阴离子(O2-)、羟自由基(﹣OH)和过氧化氢(H2O2)等。正常情况下ROS在细胞内起着重要的生理功能,并且可以被机体内抗氧化系统清除掉,但当ROS生成过多,这时其危害作用就显现出来,可以造成对...
