蘑菇因其营养价值和烹饪价值而广为人知,也被视为滋补珍品。近几十年来,人类已经把它当作天然药物使用。在许多亚洲国家,蘑菇被认为是功能食品,它所带来的健康价值超过传统营养品。蘑菇属于担子菌纲,包含众多种属,大多数都有体积硕大的的子实体。癌症是威胁人类健康最严重的疾病。天然药物与手术及化疗相比更加安全,副作用也更少,因此天然药物已成为具有治疗癌症前景的手段。在本课题,我们报道一种高效的天然抗癌物质葡聚糖(CVG),该聚糖是从在中国被称为云芝的Coriolus vesicolor(CV)中提取得到的。在世界上,云芝是第二个种植食用的蘑菇,在全球市场中,也被广泛应用与中药试剂中。它的重要性源于它的营养价值和医药应用。从云芝中已分离出一些生物活性物质,其中包括酚类化合物、麦角固醇、硒、香菇嘌呤、维生素以及钙和矿物质。葡聚糖也被称为碳水化合物,属于生物活性化合物,由葡萄糖分子组成,在海藻、真菌和酵母的细胞壁形成高度保守的结构。葡聚糖已被作为一种生物活性化合物而成功用于治疗高危神经母细胞瘤。此外,葡聚糖通过增加自然杀伤细胞和免疫球蛋白,发挥免疫调节作用。某些葡聚糖具有降低胆固醇、促进骨髓细胞增殖、激活...
