中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血的临床疗效分析

【摘要】：目的探索中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院收治的100例肿瘤性贫血患者,收治时间均集中在2012年10月—2014年10月期间,并进行随机分组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者的总恢复率、平均输血量、输液间隔时间以及不良事件发生率,并将两组患者的PLT、WBC、SF以及Hb平均值进行对比。结果观察组患者4周后恢复率、PLT平均值、WBC平均值、SF平均值、Hb平均值、不良事件发生率、输液间隔时间为、平均输血量为显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肿瘤性贫血患者效果显著。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tumor anemia. The time between October 2012 and October 2014 was divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with routine western medicine and the observation group was treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. The total recovery rate, average transfusion volume, transfusion interval and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results the recovery rate of patients in the observation group after 4 weeks was compared with the average value of WBC, the average value of SF and HB, the incidence of adverse events and the interval time of infusion. The average blood transfusion volume was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with tumor anemia is remarkable.
