中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效分析

【摘要】：目的:观察分析中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将本院68例慢性盆腔炎患者随机均分为两组,其中对照组患者34例进行常规西医盆腔炎治疗,治疗组34例患者使用红藤汤保留灌肠法结合西医进行治疗。统计两组患者治疗前后白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并统计两组患者治疗后临床疗效情况和复发率。结果:治疗前,两组患者IL-2水平和CRP水平比较均无明显差异(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的IL-2水平明显低于对照组,且治疗组患者CRP水平明显高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组患者治疗总有效率为88.23%明显高于对照组患者的总有效率73.53%(P0.05)。治疗组患者的复发率为5.88%明显低于对照组患者的23.53%(P0.05)。结论:红藤汤保留灌肠法结合西医治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效明显,可有效控制炎症情况,提高治疗有效率,降低复发率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and analyze the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 68 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, among which 34 patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine pelvic inflammatory disease. 34 patients in the treatment group were treated with Hongteng decoction retention enema combined with western medicine. The levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and C-reactive protein (CRP) were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in IL-2 and CRP levels between the two groups. After treatment, the IL-2 level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The level of CRP in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.23% significantly higher than that of the control group. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5.88% significantly lower than that of the control group. Hongteng decoction retention enema combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical efficacy is obvious. It can effectively control inflammation, improve the effective rate of treatment and reduce the recurrence rate.
