点穴松解法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的临床研究

【摘要】：目的：本文章是通过点穴松解法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的疗效观察，证明其点穴松解法的优越性。方法：研究对象为长春中医药大学门诊颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者，，共60例，治疗组30例，对照组30例。治疗组采用推拿疗法-点穴松解法，5次为一个疗程，连续观察两个疗程。对照组采用超短波疗法，同样5次为一个疗程，连续观察两个疗程。治疗结束后采用CMI指数进行疗效评定。结果：治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%，而对照组为80%。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（P0.05），说明治疗组在改善功能紊乱和缓解疼痛方面具有显著疗效。结论：点穴松解法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征在改善关节活动与减轻疼痛方面疗效明显。其止痛效果持久，无副作用，值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: this article is to observe the curative effect of the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome by point point release method, and to prove the superiority of the point point loosening method in treating temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome.Methods: 60 cases of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome were studied in Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine, 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.The treatment group was treated with massage therapy-point loosening method 5 times as a course of treatment and two consecutive courses of treatment.The control group was treated with ultrashort wave therapy.The curative effect was evaluated with CMI index after treatment.Results: the total effective rate was 93. 3 in the treatment group and 80 in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), which indicated that the treatment group had significant curative effect in improving the function disorder and relieving pain.Conclusion: the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome by point-point relaxation therapy is effective in improving joint activity and alleviating pain.It has lasting analgesic effect and no side effect, so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
