中西医结合联合情绪疗法治疗安眠药中毒疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨中西医结合联合情绪疗法治疗安眠药治疗的临床疗效。方法:将本院2014年2月—2016年2月收治的90例安眠药中毒的患者采用信封法随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药治疗+情绪疗法,比较两组的治疗效果及自杀意念的变化。结果:观察组的总有效率高于对照组,意识清醒时间、症状消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组出院前1d、出院后1周、出院后1个月的SSI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合联合情绪疗法能够提高安眠药中毒患者的治疗效果,减轻患者的自杀意念,防止事件再次发生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with emotional therapy in the treatment of sleeping pills. Methods: from February 2014 to February 2016, 90 patients with sleeping drug poisoning were randomly divided into observation group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group, and the effect of treatment and the change of suicidal ideation were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the time of conscious consciousness, the time of symptom disappearance, the time of hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group, and the complication was less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The SSI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 day before discharge, 1 week after discharge and 1 month after discharge, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and emotional therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with hypnotic poisoning, alleviate the suicidal ideation of the patients, and prevent the recurrence of the incident.
