针刺结合药物对不安腿综合征患者睡眠质量的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察针药结合对不安腿综合征患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:58例患者以随机数字表法分为针药组30例和药物组28例,针药组以针剂和服用药物治疗1个月,药物组单纯药物治疗1个月,观察治疗前后患者的睡眠时间和觉醒次数,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:针药组治疗前后睡眠时间差异有统计学意义(P0.05),针药组治疗前后觉醒次数差异有统计学意义(P0.05),两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:针刺结合药物对不安腿综合征患者睡眠质量的疗效优于单纯服用药物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acupuncture and medicine on sleep quality in patients with restless leg syndrome. Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group (n = 30) and drug group (n = 28). The patients in the acupuncture and medicine group were treated with injections and drugs for one month, and the patients in the drug group were treated with drugs alone for one month. The sleep time and arousal times of the patients before and after treatment were observed. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the difference of sleep time before and after treatment in acupuncture and medicine group was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the times of arousal before and after treatment in acupuncture and medicine group was significantly different (P 0.05). The difference of clinical curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion: the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on sleep quality of patients with restless leg syndrome is better than that of taking drugs alone.
