穴位注射治疗慢性重型肝炎并发呃逆疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性重型肝炎并发呃逆的临床疗效。方法:用注射器分别抽取山莨菪碱10mg、复方丹参注射液4mL,对58例患者采用注射器针头穴位针刺,并行提、插、捻、转手法,出现酸麻胀感后注射。观察临床疗效。结果:痊愈42例,未愈16例,有效率为72.41%。痊愈患者死亡率为33.33%,低于一般慢性重型肝炎病死率(43.27%),但差异无显著性意义(P0.05),可能与病例数量较少有关;未愈患者死亡率为75.00%,远高于一般慢性重型肝炎病死率(P0.01)。痊愈患者死亡率与未愈患者比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P0.01)。结论:山莨菪碱配合复方丹参注射液穴位注射对慢性重型肝炎并发呃逆有明显的治疗作用。同时说明慢性重型肝炎并发呃逆,其症状缓解与否,与其预后有直接的关系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic severe hepatitis complicated with hiccup. Methods: Anisodamine 10 mg and compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection 4 mL were extracted with syringe. 58 patients were treated with syringe acupuncture at acupoint, parallel lifting, inserting, twisting, turning manipulation, and injection of acidosis. To observe the clinical effect. Results: 42 cases were cured, 16 cases were uncured, the effective rate was 72.41%. The mortality rate of cured patients was 33.33, lower than that of common chronic severe hepatitis patients (43.27%), but there was no significant difference (P 0.05), which might be related to the small number of cases, and the mortality rate of uncured patients was 75.00, which was much higher than that of common chronic severe hepatitis patients (P 0.01). The mortality of cured patients was significantly higher than that of uncured patients (P 0.01). Conclusion: Anisodamine combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection has obvious therapeutic effect on chronic severe hepatitis complicated with hiccup. At the same time, the symptom relief of chronic severe hepatitis complicated with hiccup is directly related to its prognosis.
