中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的系统评价

【摘要】：目的:系统评价中西医结合疗法与单用西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:按Cochrane系统评价方法,计算机检索Pubmed、CBM、CNKI、VIP及万方等数据库,同时手检相关的杂志与会议资料信息。对符合条件的随机对照试验,在资料提取和质量评价后,应用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析,并应用GRADE系统对证据质量分级。结果:共纳入17个研究,1 332例患者。Meta分析结果显示,中西医结合治疗组与单用西药组比较,胃排空改善[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.18,1.35)];空腹血糖[WMD=-1.06,95%CI(-1.29,-0.82)];脘腹胀痛[WMD=-0.95,95%CI(-1.21,-0.69)];上腹疼痛[WMD=-0.92,95%CI(-1.19,-0.65)];嗳气[WMD=-0.92,95%CI(-1.20,-0.63)];大便改变[WMD=-1.07,95%CI(-1.32,-0.83)],P值均小于0.00001。GRADE系统评价结果显示,证据水平均为C级。结论:中西医结合疗法与单用西药相比治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫有较好的疗效,但鉴于纳入的文献质量普遍不高,且样本量少,仍需进一步开展大规模、高质量具有中医特色的研究进行验证。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM) and western medicine alone in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: according to the evaluation method of Cochrane system, the database of Pubmedus CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang were searched by computer, and the information of related journals and meetings were checked by hand at the same time. After data extraction and quality evaluation, Rev Man 5.2 software was used for Meta analysis, and GRADE system was used to classify the quality of evidence.
