中西医结合治疗37例缺铁性贫血伴Hp阳性患者临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗缺铁性贫血(IDA)伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性患者的疗效。方法:将37例IDA伴Hp阳性患者随机分为治疗组21例和对照组16例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予香砂六君子汤加味、右旋糖酐铁片治疗。治疗前后分别检测患者血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁(S)I、血清铁蛋白(SF)、总铁结合力(TIBC)及尿素酶依赖性试验(14C呼气试验)。结果:治疗组患者经中西医结合治疗后均得到治愈,Hp均转阴,治疗时间短;对照组患者未能全部治愈,Hp未能完全转阴,治疗时间长。2组Hb、SI、SF、TIBC治疗前后比较,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05);2组治疗后各项指标比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗IDA伴Hp阳性患者疗效确切,效果优于单纯西药治疗。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on iron deficiency anemia (IDA) with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive patients. Methods: 37 IDA patients with HP positive were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 21) and control group (n = 16). The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction and iron dextran tablets. Hemoglobin (Hb), serum iron (S) I, serum ferritin total iron binding capacity (TIBC) and urease dependent test (14C breath test) were detected before and after treatment. Results: all the patients in the treatment group were cured by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine to turn negative, the treatment time was short, and the patients in the control group could not completely turn negative, and the treatment time was longer than that before and after treatment of HbSI-SI-SFIBC in the control group. There was significant difference (P0.05) between the two groups after treatment, the difference was significant or very significant (P0.05 + P0.01). Conclusion: combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is more effective than western medicine in treating IDA patients with HP positive.
