中西医结合治疗中重度癌性疼痛对照观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨自拟扶正抑癌方配合泰勒宁片(氨酚羟考酮)对于中重度癌性疼痛的镇痛效果以及对患者生存质量和免疫功能的影响。方法:随机将50例中重度癌性疼痛患者分成治疗组25例,对照组25例。治疗组采用自拟扶正抑癌方配合泰勒宁片口服治疗,对照组单用泰勒宁片口服治疗。结果:治疗组与对照疼痛缓解率分别为96%(24/25)和92%(23/25),两组无明显差异(P0.05);生活质量KPS评分值及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)水平均比治疗前有不同程度提高,两组治疗后KPS评分及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后不良反应程度比较,治疗组明显低于对照组,其差异有显著性意义(P0.01)。结论:自拟扶正抑癌方可以提高患者生活质量及免疫功能,有效减轻泰勒宁片的不良反应,其配合泰勒宁片治疗中重度癌性疼痛具有较好的临床效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the analgesic effect of Fuzheng Yiyao Fang (FZYC) combined with Terainin tablet (aminophenol hydroxycodone) on moderate and severe cancer pain and its effect on patients' quality of life and immune function. Methods: 50 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). The treatment group was treated by oral administration of Fuzheng Yichang Fang and Terainin tablet, while the control group was treated by oral administration of Tylenin alone. Results: the pain relief rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96% (24 / 25) and 92% (23 / 25), respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), and the quality of life (QOL) KPS score and T lymphocyte subsets (CD3) CD4 / CD8 / CD8 / CD8 were significantly higher than those before treatment. There were significant differences in KPS score and T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups after treatment (P0.05); after treatment, the degree of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P0.01). Conclusion: the self-made Fuzheng Yi cancer prescription can improve the quality of life and immune function of the patients, and effectively alleviate the adverse reactions of Teralin tablets, and it has a better clinical effect in treating moderate and severe cancer pain with the combination of Tylenin tablets.
