中西医结合治疗特发性腹膜后纤维化一例并文献复习

【摘要】：目的提高对特发性腹膜后纤维化(IRPF)的认识,避免或者减少对该疾病的误诊,探讨中西医结合治疗IRPF的效果。方法报道我院1例IRPF的临床表现,实验室检查和治疗情况,并进行文献复习。结果入院后给予彩色多普勒超声、MRI等辅助检查明确诊断后,行双侧肾造瘘,同时联合免疫抑制药物、中药治疗,近期临床治疗效果满意。结论 IRPF临床表现缺乏特异性,早期诊断,早期治疗,对获得远期预后有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the understanding of idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis (IRPF), to avoid or reduce the misdiagnosis of the disease, and to explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of IRPF. Methods the clinical manifestation, laboratory examination and treatment of one case of IRPF in our hospital were reported and the literature was reviewed. Results after being admitted to hospital with color Doppler ultrasound, MRI and other auxiliary examinations, bilateral nephrostomy was performed, combined with immunosuppressive drugs and traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical effect was satisfactory in the near future. Conclusion the clinical manifestations of IRPF are lack of specificity, early diagnosis and early treatment are of great significance in obtaining long-term prognosis.
