中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕156例临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的治疗效果。方法:采用病例对照方法,将156例输卵管阻塞患者分为实验组与对照组。实验组先服1个月中药汤剂,月经干净后3～7天行输卵管通液治疗,疗程2～6个月。结果:实验组通畅56例(其中妊娠29例),有效13例(总有效率89%),与对照组(总有效率49%)比较有显著差异。实验组中,输卵管间质部、峡部、壶腹部阻塞治疗效果相对较好。结论:中药方剂联合输卵管通液是治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的一种行之有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on oviduct obstructive infertility. Methods: 156 cases of fallopian tube obstruction were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for 1 month and treated with salpingocele for 2 ~ 6 months on 3 ~ 7 days after menstruation. Results: there were 56 cases of unobstructed pregnancy (29 cases of pregnancy), 13 cases of effective (89% total effective rate) in the experimental group, and a significant difference compared with the control group (49% of the total effective rate). In the experimental group, tubal interstitial, isthmus and ampullary obstruction were relatively effective. Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and salpingocele is an effective method in the treatment of oviduct obstruction infertility.
