益气养阴法联合呼吸功能锻炼对肺癌患者术后肺恢复的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨中医益气养阴法对开胸肺癌患者术后早期呼吸功能方面的影响,提高临床医师对益气养阴法在预防和减少术后早期肺部并发症的发生,促进肺功能早期恢复方面的认识。方法:通过应用前瞻性分析的方法,选取我院经开胸治疗后早期应用两种不同方法治疗的肺癌患者120例,随机分为两组,治疗组术后给予益气养阴汤剂口服并在护士指导下行呼吸功能锻炼,治疗8天。对照组采用的是术后给予口服氨溴索口服液并在护士指导下行呼吸功能锻炼,治疗8天。分别收集记录的术后不同时间反应患者术后呼吸功能的影响相关指标,并进行统计学分析研究。结果:经统计学研究发现,两组患者在术后在临床症状、肺不张发生率,肺炎发生率、肺功能检查指标、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、动脉血气、胸腔引流量和引流时间方面具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医益气养阴法在改善患者术后临床症状,减轻术后炎症反应,降低肺炎和肺不张的发生率,减少胸腔渗出液,改善肺功能方面有临床效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on the early respiratory function of patients with open chest lung cancer, and to improve the clinical effect of Qi-nourishing Yin method in preventing and reducing the occurrence of early postoperative pulmonary complications. Methods: 120 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups by prospective analysis. The treatment group was treated with oral Yiqi Yangyin decoction and respiratory function exercise under the guidance of nurses for 8 days. The control group was treated with oral ambroxol oral solution and respiratory function exercise under the guidance of nurses. After 8 days of treatment, the related indexes of postoperative respiratory function of patients with different time response after operation were collected and analyzed statistically. Results: the results were found by statistical study. Two groups of patients in the clinical symptoms, incidence of atelectasis, pneumonia incidence, pulmonary function indicators such as C-reactive protein, white blood cell count, arterial blood gas. Thoracic drainage flow and drainage time were statistically significant P0.05.Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of patients after operation and alleviate the postoperative inflammatory reaction. It can reduce the incidence of pneumonia and atelectasis, reduce pleural effusion and improve lung function.
