胃癌根治术中十二指肠残端加固缝合问题

【摘要】：正于吉人(浙江大学医学院附属第一医院胃肠外科)十二指肠残端处理是胃癌根治手术的关键步骤之一,处置不当极易导致发生十二指肠残端漏、出血等并发症,轻则增加病人痛苦、延长住院时间、增加住院费用、延误病人全身化疗及其他后续治疗时机,重则导致病人死亡。笔者认为,恰当的残端加固缝合技术是减少甚至避免十二指肠残段并发症发生的关键环节。笔者单位在胃癌根治手术中常规行十二指肠残端的加固缝合,达到了有效避免十二指
[Abstract]:Duodenal stump management is one of the key steps in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Improper management of duodenal stump can easily lead to duodenal stump leakage, bleeding and other complications. The light increases the patient's suffering, prolongs the length of stay in hospital, increases the cost of hospitalization, delays the patient's opportunity for systemic chemotherapy and other follow-up treatment, and results in the death of the patient. Proper stump reinforcement and suture technique is the key link to reduce or even avoid the complications of duodenal remnant. The authors routinely performed the stapling suture of duodenal stump in radical gastric cancer operation, which can effectively avoid 12 fingers of duodenal stump.
