“老十针”防治乳腺癌化疗相关恶心呕吐的前瞻性随机对照研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨"老十针"防治乳腺癌患者发生化疗相关恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法:本研究通过前瞻性随机对照的研究方法,收集自2014年9月-2016年2月期间确诊乳腺癌且既往化疗期间出现恶心呕吐的患者共64例,随机分为治疗(A)组32例("老十针"+基础药物治疗)和对照(B)组32例(假穴浅刺+基础药物治疗),评价其恶心呕吐程度、中医临床症状及焦虑抑郁状态改善程度。结果:A组化疗期间恶心呕吐程度逐渐下降,化疗第1天和第3天缓解程度均优于B组(P0.05);两组患者均出现不同程度的食少纳呆、体倦乏力、食后腹胀症状,A组食少纳呆、体倦乏力症状评分第3天时较B组低(P0.05);A组焦虑及抑郁评分均逐渐下降,化疗第1天及化疗第3天焦虑及抑郁评分均比B组低(P0.05)。结论:"老十针"可减轻乳腺癌患者恶心呕吐程度,改善食少纳呆、体倦乏力症状,从而减轻患者焦虑抑郁评分,为中医"治未病"提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy of "Lao Shi Needle" in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-associated nausea and vomiting in patients with breast cancer. A total of 64 patients with breast cancer diagnosed from September 2014 to February 2016 and nausea and vomiting during previous chemotherapy were collected. They were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32), group A (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). Results the degree of nausea and vomiting in group A decreased gradually during chemotherapy, the remission on the first and third day of chemotherapy was better than that in group B (P 0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in group A were lower than those in group B on the 3rd day, and the scores of anxiety and depression in group A were lower than those in group B on the 3rd day. The scores of anxiety and depression on the first day of chemotherapy and on the third day of chemotherapy were all lower than those of group B. conclusion: "Lao Ten Needle" can reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting of breast cancer patients, improve the symptoms of appetite, fatigue and fatigue, so as to alleviate the anxiety and depression score of patients with breast cancer. To provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of the disease.
