第15版日本《胃癌处理规约》更新要点

【摘要】：2017年3月7-9日,"第89届日本胃癌学会年会"在日本召开,会议对第15版日本《胃癌处理规约》进行了更新解读,新版规约对幽门下淋巴结及胃癌侵犯十二指肠时的淋巴结重新进行了定义,对腹膜转移重新分类;对内镜切除时不同的"R"的概念进行了解释;对食管结合部癌的定义以及淋巴结转移范围进行了说明;对病理学内容(如TNM分期、淋巴管浸润、静脉浸润、化疗治疗效果等)的记载进行了重新规定。新规约的更新反映了临床对胃癌的最新的认识,对胃癌的诊治及《胃癌治疗指南》的修订提供了重要参考依据。
[Abstract]:On March 7-9, 2017, the 89th Annual meeting of the Japanese gastric Cancer Society was held in Japan.The new protocol redefines the subpyloric lymph nodes and the lymph nodes of gastric cancer when they invade the duodenum, reclassifies the peritoneal metastasis, and explains the different "R" concepts in endoscopic excision.The definition and the range of lymph node metastasis of esophageal combined carcinoma were explained, and the records of pathological contents (such as TNM staging, lymphatic infiltration, venous infiltration, therapeutic effect of chemotherapy, etc.) were redefined.The update of the new protocol reflects the latest clinical understanding of gastric cancer and provides an important reference for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and the revision of the guidelines for the treatment of gastric Cancer.
