【摘要】：正1病例简介患者,女,51岁,因"2年前体检时发现盆腔囊性肿物直径约5cm,定期检查逐渐增大"于2016年1月11日入院。近5月患者偶有下腹部钝痛,体位改变时明显,排便后缓解;夜尿频,3~4次/夜,无尿急、尿痛症状。既往月经周期规律,经量偏多,偶有痛经。入院查体:T36.4℃、P86次/min,R18次/min,Bp140/100mmHg。妇科检查:外阴阴道发育正常,宫颈光滑,子宫水平位,略大,无触痛;其左前方可触及直径约10cm囊性肿物,略活动,轻触痛,右侧未及异常。经阴+腹
